When band members make announcements at the end of a rehearsal, they often share birthday news and the band erupts in “Birthdaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!” Here is some wobbly video that I (Teresa Killian Tate from the WCU News Services office) took of two such announcements after the Dec. 20, 2010, rehearsal – the last one before the band flies west to participate in the 2011 Tournament of Roses Bandfest and Rose Parade.
