Mark Haskett, Western Carolina University photographer, and Jarrett Frazier, WCU student, took photos on Sunday, Dec. 19, as the band practiced marching on a stretch of highway near campus – N.C. 107 – to prepare for the Rose Parade on Jan. 1. Spectators, including father and son Todd and Griffin Murdock (see video), and Pam Morgan (see her photos) enjoyed watching from the pedestrian bridge over the highway.
